Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of technical and satellite communication products and services to businesses and individuals. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Understand and present the technical features, benefits, and capabilities of our satellite communication products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and detailed solutions for clients’ needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiations and contract management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market demand.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the telecommunications or satellite communications industry.
- Strong understanding of satellite communication systems, products, and services is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when proposing solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend events, and close sales deals.

- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the satellite communication space.
